Mike started off by asking me what my goals were and told me exactly what i needed to do to achieve that. He was helpful in every way possible and continued to push me in those moments i felt like giving up. He also taught me the importance of form. Mike is very understanding as well as knowledgeable. He is able to cater to your needs instead of giving text book theories that may not work for specific body types.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My typical process is to bring in a potential client for an assessment and movement screening to identify any compensatory movement patterns caused from injuries, muscle imbalances or from poor posture. After the movement screening is complete, I design a customized workout plan based on what the clients goals are and their scoring from the assessment.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Im an ACE personal trainer. I've also worked at Equinox as a personal trainer in NYC and LA.
