- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Private personal training: $55-$85 per hour session. Personal virtual (online) coaching: $0-$199, depending on package. Small group training for 2-4 people: $65-$85 per hour session. Private personal training for youth athletes: $45
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I meet someone new that has some fitness or performance goals, I do a thourough job of asking questions to best understand their history, wants and needs. I share a few options with the new customer that make the most sense for their goals and ask which one they feel makes the most sense for them. If it's a good fit for us to work together, I help them enroll in the program and we start our journey together toward success.
