- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are a breeze and recurring clients receive 5% off future gigs. Please contact DJ Champagne for a quote that best fits your musical needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers will have an introductory phone call to talk about their musical needs and the event overall. Champagne will send a worksheet to fully understand what the customer wants to hear and the order of activities. Champagne and the client can discuss doing a site visit and check out the venue together if it’s found to be necessary. However, most of the time, Champagne just needs to see the site plans or talk to the venue manager to confirm electrical accessibility and other logistics. She will also be sure to call a couple of days before the big day to perform a quick check in. Nonetheless, she is available via text between the time she’s book to the day off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Champagne has been crafting her skills for 15 years. She's held positions as a radio host for KSJS, party crew member for WILD 94.9FM and tutored under several famous Bay Area DJs. Her wide range of knowledge has led her to DJ countless special events, workshops, weddings and parties.
