Hazel was incredible! We had come to her with the request of a choreographed wedding dance and only had a month to learn it. Her dance for us matched the songs flow wonderfully and was not a "cookie cutter" dance she teaches everyone, it was an original. She gave us choices of what type of dance we would like and we went with a Waltz. Again, we only had a month to get it down!! Hazel was patient with us and very helpful with critiquing us to get all the details correct. We had 11 sessions and the wedding dance turned out to be incredible! She was responsive to texts and changes to our schedule with events that had come up. Incredible instructor and very personable to the point we would 100% take again. I recommend her to anyone needing dance lessons or even a choreographed wedding dance that will stun the crowd. Thank you so much Hazel and we look forward to seeing you again!!!

We can’t say enough good things about Hazel. She helped us choreograph a first dance for our wedding. We had so much fun doing it. She’s so patient but knows how to teach what she needs to. Our dance nights with Hazel became date nights we looked forward to. We will definitely be seeing her in the future to learn different types of dances. We recommend her to anyone whether you want to learn a choreographed dance or just how to dance in general.

Hazel was wonderful, and taught someone with no experience how to do even advanced ballroom dance techniques in just two private lessons. I definitely recommend private lessons, you can learn so much more in these than you could in a class.

Hazel was fantastic. We were in a crunch with little time until our wedding. Hazel was able to work us in, she was extremely gracious and helpful. Neither of us had any experience dancing but after a couple hours we were surprised and very pleased at how our first dance was looking. I worked with Hazel for a week practicing the Texas Two-Step. Her dancing acumen on point—she read my skill level quickly and worked with me on posture, foot placement, and finally twirling. By the end of my week working with her one-on-one, I was confident in my ability to two-step and it showed on the dance floor. I highly recommend the International Dance Studio!
