- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20 for 30 minute lessons and $35 for a full hour. Customers who pay for their lessons at the beginning of the month often end up with one free lesson per month, because I charge a flat rate of $80 per month for 30 minute students and $140 per month for hour long students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new student, I will assess their level and have them display the knowledge they already have of the guitar, so I can determine what we should begin with. We will also discuss what the students goals are, and what types of music they enjoy listening to and would like to learn to play.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Guitar Performance and am projected to graduate in Spring of 2019.
