FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always on day one of Training I like to sit down and get to know my clients. Talking about health history, past/current injuries, nutrition (what you’re eating now and what I want you to now eat), and of course your goals! I really like getting personal with my clients, figuring out what triggers our bad eating habits, or even why some under eat. From there the first day I typically take the workout pretty slow (depending on fitness level). Future sessions will be talking about nutrition and how we did, and getting 45 minuets of working out in. Starting with a warm up, then strength work, and then some strength mixed with conditioning, ending with stretching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to National Personal Training Institute in Winter Park Florida. I got the best education they offer in this line of work. I completed my program at the top of my class and was certified in extra CEU’s along the way. Diploma and CEU’s are in the photos above.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to become a personal trainer after I lost 50 lbs myself. Always being over weight, I had low self esteem and hated the skin I was in. Once I took control, and changed my life style, I knew I wanted to help other people feel as good as me. I started from the bottom so I relate completely to anyone just starting out. You can do anything you set your mind to.
