When it comes to fitness, one size doesn't fit all and to reach your potential you are going to need a program that is tailored to you. When you train with me you will have a comprehensive assessment that will give me the framework to design a routine for you to dominate. I specialize in athletic performance and post-rehabilitation. Baseball/softball, golf and basketball are the main sports and athletes I deal with most. Let's face it, we're all athletes whether you want to believe it or not. Even if you don't consider yourself one, you wouldn't mind being able to do some of the things that they are capable of doing. Am I right? Well here's the kicker. YOU CAN! You're a human first and you need to learn how to move like one. I will teach you how to move better, faster, stronger and longer then you thought possible. My passion comes in others success. Being an team sports athlete all my life, I've thrived off the success of others. Doing my part to help them succeed as we all succeeded was what made it great. Now my path has changed a bit to the fitness industry but my mission is still the same. I see so many people struggle with their fitness journey, and half the time they don't even know they're struggling! I want to help people avoid the same mistakes I've made and so many others have made along our journey's. The best part of my work is seeing somebody accomplish something physically they didn't know was possible. To help them become pain and injury free. To see them become the strongest version of who they can be.
