- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing in travel. We will help find the customer a trip based on their needs/requests which will make the price vary. We help you find the best deals in cruising, guided vacations, accommodations, and more, allowing you to get the most bang for your buck with no extra effort on your end! The bonus is that you do not pay anything extra for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers either fill out a quote online or calls our office to speak to an agent. Customers also have the option of visiting our office where we have many agents available to help them. Our years of experience coupled with our stellar reputation in the field and our intricate knowledge of the little details that can make your vacation exceptional, all add up to one thing: a less stressful, less expensive, hassle-free vacation preparation for you. Our clients keep coming back year after year, and after booking with us, we are confident you will become a repeat customer as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has a A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) which we can provide a like to check our credentials. All our agents are accredited with the the International Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN) as well as the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). Atlas is part of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is the world's largest cruise industry trade association. Also, all our agents get continuous training from each vendor to keep up with the latest products.
