- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically call the customer within 24 hours of initial contact. We set up an appointment (usually within one business day).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified appliance repair technicians. We have attended HVAC program at Pensacola State College and other local appliance repair schools.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a father and son team. We wanted to do something together that helps other families with their daily living.
