- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 for 1 hour private lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of breathing and relaxing because holding tension makes for a very tight sound and sore muscles! Flute is a challenging instrument to learn, so we take it very slowly. No pressure! Drumming is a very easy instrument to sound good on right away. As I work with new students I am assessing how they work best, and guide my lessons toward their strengths.

BA in Music Education; K-12 Teaching credential Music Education; Masters in Special Education; Drum: I studied classical flute with: Alvin Cromwell from NY Philharmonic, Paul Renzi from SF Symphony, and Kathleen Lane Reynolds, Santa Rosa Symphony. I studied Native American Flute with Scott August. I studied drumming with Stori Davis, Yolanda Vierra-Allen, Afia Walking Tree, Kim Atkinson, and Christine Stevens, Music Therapist & Owner of HealthRhythms.
