I worked with Jon Hughey for almost a year, he is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. In that year I saw my weight drop by 40 pounds and I gained a lot of muscle. I would strongly recommend Jon if you are looking to lose weight and or gain muscle.

I have never had a professional trainer before I must say I was very pleased to have Jon Hughey,not only did he teach me the proper way to work out and stretch I learned new ways to use foods to make my body feel and work better to get results. All in all a great experience.
