I trained with Monica at a gym for over 2 years, and then in a small group independent setting for over a year. She helped develop my running, cutting a significant amount of time off of my races, along with my strength in regular workouts. When I developed an injury with a different instructor, she took the time to develop a program to strengthen the areas that were weak to help create more balance in my muscles, which was the reason I got injured. Monica's workouts include high intensity interval training, using one's own body weight, and free weights. She also trains individuals in preparation of running events (10K and Half Marathons). Also has experience in preparing workouts for use in rehabilitation of an individual's injuries. Monica is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Why? Well, first, Monica is a great motivator and inspires you to work out harder, to do better! She is positive, professional, friendly and makes you want to work out harder. In addition, she totally understands how the body works, how the muscles interact, what exercises are best. And she understands if you're injured, how to work around it, and how to train you back to health. And third, she cares about you as a person, about your progress, about your health, about your goals. I wish Monica lived closer if so, we'd still be working out!Sep 10, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing per session runs at $90/hr. Packages are available in the form of a 6 pack, 12 pack and 24 pack for personal training. 6 pack runs at $510, 12 pack runs at $1,010 and the 24 pack runs at $2,000. Pricing for nutrition services depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for a nutrition guide and check up sessions, that runs at $90/hr. If you are looking for healthy meals delivered to you, it depends on the amount of meals per week. On average clients request lunch and dinner meal prep for 5 days/week (10 meals) and that runs at $1,000/month (labor, grocery costs, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session is complimentary and is a sit down session where we go over questionnaires, goals and body assessments so I can put together the best individualized program for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a personal trainer for 7 years and have helped clients with their nutrition for 4 years. I have many certifications that allow me to be further educated and specialized in various areas.
