- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

You will never exercise the same again, and the best part is you can take this knowledge with you wherever you go, and that is priceless! Our best value on average nationwide is about $50-60 per session, broken down from $235-595/mo nationwide. Packages vary depending on length (3-12mo), frequency (1-2x/wk), and region. We have several payment options including pay per session, per month, or in full. A pre-written text and email with this pricing is also sent before your workout to review in advance. Speak with your trainer at your Introductory Session to find the best option for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How everyone gets started with us is at a 1-hour Introductory Session. At your Introductory Session, you will get a personalized workout and learn our slow-motion strength training method 1-on-1 with one of our certified Personal Trainers. Once you’ve scheduled your Introductory Session, either virtual or in-person, check your email for a warm welcome and what to expect. You will receive a call from our dedicated team who will discuss your goals with you to help your trainer customize your experience and help you get set up for your first workout. For our Virtual Personal Training, all you need is a device with video capability and an internet connection. We take care of the rest! Equipment not required and very little space needed. In-studio, we use state of the art equipment calibrated for our slow-motion method in a private, clinically controlled environment to help you stayed focused and safe during your workout. With The Perfect Workout, you also get complimentary Nutrition Coaching, a generous rescheduling policy, and GUARANTEED RESULTS!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers complete an extensive Slow Motion High-Intensity Strength Training Certification program that includes 5 written test, 3 practical exams, and several hours of in location, hands-on studying. All trainers maintain a current CPR/AED Certification by the American AED CPR Association.
