I train my clients in my private personal training studio in Port Orange. I have achieved accreditation from the prestigious National Association of Sports Medicine with an additional certification in fitness nutrition. I specialize on educating you on how to combine the 2 vital aspects of a healthy lifestyle: nutrition and exercise. We begin with a half hour professional consultation which includes a small workout so we can evaluate your abilities, review your nutrition and discuss a customized plan together that works for you and your schedule and most importantly: YOUR GOALS!! If you decide to book one of our training packages, the $30 consultation gets waived. Today I committed to getting you to be the best version of yourself who will become comfortable in your own skin.

I've been working with Jen and Innate Fitness now for a month and it's been great. I've dropped 7 lbs and lost a nice percentage of body fat. Jen is on time every time, is easy to book and make arrangements with and is probably the most cost effective means of one-on-one personal training in the area. I'd recommend Jen and her team to anyone.

A then and now photo, the picture with the pink shirt was just over a year ago. Depressed always tired and felt awful. Just a few short months after this was taken I called Jennifer on a late night thinking I would just leave a voicemail, and she would get back to me. I was wrong, she answered and I set an appointment. Not only did she teach me how to eat which I thought was going to be extremely difficult but she modified training sessions. I walk out those doors after a work out with my heart still racing a smile on my face and ready to face the day. Time is manageable but it's what you do with it that matters. I spend once a week with Jennifer working out. The rest of the week I try and do as much as I can, now running (something I could never do) With where I work I am always lifting and get in at least 10,000 steps. I am currently 198!!! Out of the 200 club! I still have a lot of work to do but I wouldn't change a thing. Jennifer brought back something I had lost. Confidence, self love, joy, and independence. These are true results and I couldn't be more grateful in what she has done for me. I can't say enough since I even rave about her at my job! She has even changed the way I walk. I am pingeon toes so my feet naturally curve in. I have been to Dr's. Who couldn't fix them with orthotics. Jen managed to fix my feet in under a year. My balance is incredible compared to what it was. My ankle that I broke almost 15 years ago has become the strongest it's ever been. I even notice the difference just when I walk from point A to Point B. All in all I will rave forever about Jen and her amazing talent in transforming those who are ready and willing to put in the work. She won't let you down!

Though today was my first day, it was enjoyable. I felt Jennifer is very knowledgeable, and I felt completely comfortable. I think this will make a big difference in me getting into shape finally.

I joined Innate in November 2016. Ive been a client for 8 months now. Jennifer is not only a great trainer but she's a real person like me. She understands the struggles of healthy eating and motivates me to work my hardest. She holds me accountable & encourages me to make better choices for a healthier lifestyle.

Jennifer is a fantastic trainer! I see her twice a week and never do the same workout twice. I love the facility and functional training. She is compassionate and works with me however I'm feeling that day. I always look forward to my sessions and always leave feeling great!
