FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate is $65/hr one-on-one training session. I offer a base rate of $600 for a series of 10, hr long sessions. In addition I offer sliding scale rates for those who require financial assistance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, part of the complementary intro session includes a physical assessment including history of injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions and limitations. We then discuss the clients specific goals. A training plan is created from there, including training frequency, training type (Pilates, Gyrotonic, Functional Training, or combination of these), and training intensity from beg-adv.

In addition I have years of continuing education in both classical and contemporary approaches to Pilates. I am certified by Gyrotonic international headquarters as a Gyrotonic Expansion System instructor, on Gyrotonic Archway, and have done continuing education for Level 2 Gyrotonic, and in specialized applications for hands and feet. In addition I am certified as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and other forms of Yoga and Qigong.
