- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once upon a time I was a customer and now I am on the other side offering services and my biggest concern has always been the lack of knowledge. Whatever professional you decide to hire make sure that he or she understands about the human anatomy and the compensatory patterns that comes with it. If you are already experiencing any ankle, knee, hip, back or neck pain chances are there is an unbalance of muscles within your body. Resuming cheap could turn into something really expensive. I offer a cheaper rate for bigger packages ( 10 plus) because the more time spent with a professional the greater your improvements will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First consultation is free. I talk about goals, restrictions, injuries. Then we move to assess the body to have a better understanding of how each joint is moving . At the ending of the meeting we talk about programming and what will suit you best.
