- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients are billed at the first of each month for their chosen number of sessions per week. Any missed sessions can be made up within 30 days. In-Person Sessions (travel not included) $85/session Partner Sessions (travel not included) $150/session Virtual Sessions (via Zoom) $75/session Virtual Partner Sessions (via Zoom) $130/session Monthly Programming (via TrueCoach app) Part Time - $180/month Up to 12 workouts/month (1-3x/wk) Full Time - $300/month Up to 24 workouts/month (4-6x/wk) Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Group Training rates (3 or more people) are available upon request. Comprehensive nutrition advising available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for new clients begins with an initial complementary consultation at our facility. During this time the client is asked to identify their current goals and discuss prior health and fitness challenges and successes. The client is then guided through a series of physical assessments to identify their current level of fitness. From this assessment a recommendation is then given regarding frequency and type of training program necessary to achieve the clients goals while fitting their schedule and budget.
