- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure relates directly to how long you'd like us to be with you and your event and how long it will then take us to craft your story. We typically shoot with multiple cameras to capture the action from many perspectives and this allows us to make cameras unnoticed and to give our primary camera the freedom to get out of the way when needed and in the perfect place for the perfect shot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by finding out who you are and what you want. What's your story? And who would you like to know your story. If that's a wedding to remember, a treasured commitment recorded, then we will be there with you capturing the event passionate to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education and training is continuous in the rapidly changing media world. But while we are quick to learn of possibilities with the latest shiny thing, we professionally use the things that work to tell story simply and effectively. We do have cases full of cables and cameras but know how to keep it simple to tell real stories.
