I became a personal trainer to help people transform their lives, and I want to see you accomplish more than you can on your own. It is difficult to find the time and motivation, so I will push you to accomplish your goals because I myself have transformed my own body; I know that it is difficult but the results you will receive and the feeling of accomplishment you get will be worth it 100 times over.
I am very passionate about fitness and started training in high school where I took my first weight training class. My life revolves around the gym and I literally can't get enough of it. I like to indulge myself by obsessively studying various training methodologies. I am always going out of my way to acquire further knowledge about the most efficient and effective ways to improve the human body beyond what trainers learn in certification courses.
I know what gets results and what doesn't. I also know how to correctly manipulate training variables to train for specific goals. I know how to help someone put on muscle mass very fast if that is what they desire and at the same time I also know how to help someone get incredibly strong and healthy without adding muscle mass. (Size does not equal strength.) Go to youtube right now and look up Dr. Judd squatting if you don't believe me. (He squats 603lbs at a body weight of a mere 130lbs.)
This means I am also an expert in helping women get incredibly healthy, strong, and curvy without making them look bulky and masculine. I also know the best way to obliterate unwanted fat to help you get a lean look if that is what you desire. Getting a strong healthy body literally makes the world around you feel lighter as if gravity was turned down.
