Introduction: Hi, My name is Keith Queen from "4 Stroke Fitness": - Recent transplant from Venice California (Muscle Beach) - Contestant on NBC's "American Ninja Warrior" - P90X 3 Cast Member - USA Weightlifting Certified - Crossfit L1 Trainer - Crossfit Strongman Trainer - Previously the Marketing Director for INSANITY and P90X (helped millions achieve their weight loss goals) - Studying for my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification (Currently In Progress) - Trained clients for 2 years in park bootcamps and my garage gym in Venice, CA - Personally lost 50 lbs on my athletic journey and know how it feels to be tired and not living a fulfilled life. I am passionate about helping people transform into the best versions of themselves. Why? Because I have done it first hand and understand how life changing it can be. I lost 50 lbs and overcame back pain to be a contestant on NBC's American Ninja Warrior and a cast member in the P90X 3 Fitness DVDs. At 4 Stroke, fitness is not my job. It is my Lifestyle. I train, eat, recover, and recreate in a way that will maximize my genetics because I want to be a better athlete, family member and human being. Now, I am focused on utilizing movement and fitness to inspire other people to transform their bodies and minds into the best of who they’ve always envisioned they could be, regardless of their past or present fitness levels. There is no secret formula. I will work to understand your goals and together we will explore fitness and nutrition to fully realize the potential of what life can and should offer! I want YOU to achieve that goal that you may feel is impossible today! And I will be there every step of the way. Fitness is not a one-size fits all prescription. Lets talk about where you want to go and what has not worked in the past. From there, I can dive into an arsenal of workouts to build a plan that best suits YOU. Whether that is High Intensity Intervals, Strength Training, Bodyweight Training, Olympic Lifting, or General Physical Preparedness I would love to create a safe, effective, and varied program that is fun and delivers on your goal.

Keith is awesome! He's very knowledgeable and keeps finding new ways to challenge my body. He has this uncanny ability to push me beyond my comfort zone but not past my body's limit. I get a hard workout without injury. Keith is positive and supportive and always seems excited to work with me. He's the BEST!

Keith has good technique. I would liked to have more communication regarding planning purposes (particularly scheduling). Didn't seem a good fit as I think he prefers a particular fitness level. We had to end training due to his unavailability of time which wasn't fully anticipated at the intake nor did I feel it wasn't going to work during the intake. It had potential. Taught me to ask more specific questions for a better arranged agreement in the future.
