Introduction: With a passion and love for fitness and health, Terrance began his career in the fitness industry over 20 years ago. As a child, growing up watching WWF, Olympic Bodybuilding Competitions, Worlds Strongest Man and admiring those he loved such as the Incredible Hulk, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rocky, Mike Tyson and many others his calling was inevitable. Terrance grew to understand the importance of what it meant to be healthy and fit. His desire for helping people quickly transitioned into launching a career as a Nutritional Fitness Coach in 2017. With a humble attitude, willingness to help others around him, Terrance’s reputation for truly caring for himself and others, is where his passion lies. Others are then able to see his genuine attitude towards helping them live a healthier lifestyle. After spending countless hours educating himself in all areas of the fitness and nutrition world. With earning a degree as a Certified Personal Trainer, Terrance’s personal knowledge of Caloric Intake, Macro-nutrients & Micro-nutrients, Structured Strength, Bodybuilding & Endurance Training, Knowledge of Synthetic Supplements & Vitamins and Herbal Holistic allows his clients to benefit more so that they too can move into the next phase of their life. What makes Terrance stand out the most to all of his loyal clientele, is that he has once in his life tried the “fad” diets. From the workouts, such as Body Beast, P90X, Body for life, to several of the food diets such as Keto, Paleo and Atkins. But he soon realized that you don’t always get what you need from those so called “fad diets”, that there is only one diet that truly works, a balanced diet of fitness (working out) and eating healthy. Terrance understands that while it’s not always easy to prepare your daily meals at home, due to busy work schedules or just “life” in general, he is able to educate and train people that you still can go to Subway, eat a sandwich or go to Outback, eat a steak but still maintain a healthy proportioned dietary lifestyle. He says that knowing how to pair your foods to help your digestion system is the key to making sure your body has the nutrients that it needs for energy on a daily basis. Overall, he has grown to love the fitness and health industry, he does NOT see the gym as a hobby, it’s truly apart of who he is today. His Clients soon take on this same mindset after working with him, because they to, are able to see his love and passion and understand that he is not just a “fad”. He has been a dedicated professional and true inspiration to me on my journey to better health and weight loss.
