Prices vary depend on how many days per week, and how long each training session lasts.

Schedule a time for a free consultation. From there we discuss goals, desires, and a plan for creating a custom program for their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 10 years in the fitness industry, I have owned a gym where I have lead over a thousand classes. I have a certification in Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Therapy, and a Spartan SGX race coach. I have trained athletes in Strongman, powerlifting, running, obstacle course races, football, basketball, softball and volleyball. I have also worked with rehabing injuries from rotator cuff, low back, knee, and many other injuries in between.
