I started training with Sarah about nine months ago. I see her twice a week for a total body class, as well as daily guidance on nutrition and motivation. She's extremely dedicated, supportive and always has a smile on her face. Her class, although 5:45 in the morning, is always challenging but fun and very high energy. The perfect way to start the day. Since I started with Sarah I've seen and felt a tremendous change in my overall physic, and I can't wait to see what else comes from training with Sarah

Sarah is great. Two seasons a week and nutrition counseling got me from size 18 to size 8!!! 'Nough said.
