- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for all of our services it is usually ranged between $40-$50 Per Man hour. We do give discounts for new customers or referrals to us. Depending on the scope of work we will change the hourly rate to fit the needs of the job/budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make an initial phone call. After, we will set a date when we will come to look at the items that may need to be removed from the property, the landscaping that needs serviced or the house that needs to be cleaned. After the initial quote. We will send over the estimate for acceptance and collect signature. Then we start the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Volunteering with grounds keepers for 5+ years on lawn care, pavers, hardscapes and more. Also, we have worked closely with our customers in adding junk removal work and housekeeping work. We want to make the process as easy as possible!
