I am so thankful I found KEENEYE STAGING, I was looking for advice on what needed to be done to put my 81 year old uncles property (2 houses and 5+ acres) on the market and get the most value. This is such a hard transition at any age to put your home on the market, especially after living there for 17 years. Recently my aunt passed away which made this transition even more difficult. Lisa and her team treated my uncle like family listening to his concerns and making sure the home was still comfortable for him to live there while the house was on the market. I don't know what I would of done without KEENEYE STAGING. The home looked amazing and the attention to detail was impeccable. It looked like the house had been remodeled... the colors Lisa used through the rooms literally brought life to the space, every detail from the furniture, rugs, wall art, accent pieces down to the towels and shower curtains gave warmth and life to the space. It was exciting to go room-to-room to see at her creativity. She took time to explain to my uncle why we needed to stage the house and even asked for his opinion, which he loved! He even asked if he could keep some of the items she brought. To find this type of talent, creativity, professionalism and compassion in a company is a rare find. I highly recommend KEENEYE STAGING. Our goal is to work with your budgets and needs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
HOME STAGING CONSULTATION It starts with a consultation: This allows us to assess the home and create customized plan to get your home market ready. HOME CONSULTATION: 1-2 hour in home assessment room by room giving recommendation showing what can be done with adjustments to get the home market ready. Clients will receive a design plan with a budget and installment time frame with 24-48 hours. OCCUPIED CONSULTATION (Clients living in the residence for sell) After consultation and the agreed upon improvements have been completed our team will use certain existing furnishing to highlight the home. In some cases additional furnishing and rented accessories will be brought in to showcase the home. VACANT CONSULTATION (A vacant home ready for staging!) We will move in all the furnishing, lifestyle, accessories, artwork and soft goods (textiles, bedding, accent pillows) to create a welcoming space that will be attractive to all buyers.
