I have received several one on one training sessions with Krista, she always has excellent advise and helps to improve form for optimal outcome. I always learn something new with Krista and she definitely knows how to push you to your full potential without injury. I am looking forward to receiving more training with Krista. She is positive, kind and makes me feel welcome and comfortable.

Krista trained me for 10weeks and she was amazing.. She helped me learn so much and reach my goal.. I can’t wait to train with her again.. Krista was very helpful in my nutrition questions and giving me recommendations on products!! Didn’t know how to use any gym equipment, now I’m confident in my form and ability to do it on my own all thanks to her!!! Krista is very professional and flexible with scheduling.. highly recommend her!!!
