- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A standard 1 hour session is $50, however I offer a variety of packages with a considerable savings depending on the number of sessions you buy. A typical session includes a discussion including your concerns, goals,etc. A warm up, flexibility training, cardio vascular training, resistance training, a cool down and stretching, and a program review. The training session is completely personalized for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have consultation/conversation with a prospective client about their wants, needs, and goals pertaining to personal training. Together we discuss what is the best way to attain these goals, and come up with a plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACSM certified Personal Trainer as well as being a certified yoga instructor and Pilates instructor, qualified in TRX training and several other specialized areas of fitness training.
