- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would talk about dietary needs, allergies, food cost, re-heating, foods/cuisines you enjoy, foods you dislike amongst other questions just to get a better understanding of your needs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started a culinary program at Monroe Community College before I received my first kitchen job at a small Greek restaurant in Pittsford. Worked many restaurants such as: Belhurst Castle, Amore and was the Sous Chef for Signatures at the Humphrey House. I stared doing personal chef work 2 years ago and currently have 3 families I prepare meals for. I have a great passion for cooking and love being able to bring my meals to your home.
