Introduction: I stepped into the gym for the first time 4 1/2 years ago. I felt insecure about being out of shape, but I pushed back my insecurities because my health was more important to me than what others thought.
I'm a fun, cheesy, and hard working trainer who wants to see you succeed without any judgment. I know that I can help anyone push through the same walls of insecurity that I pushed through when i first stepped into the world of fitness.
My experience ranges from clients wanting to lose weight to beginners wanting to put on muscle mass, and I've trained disabled veterans. I even recently influenced my mother into improving her diet after a major surgery. She lost 10lbs in less than two weeks with my guidance on diet and exercise.
With me you won't just have someone who shows up at the gym to tell you what to do, but a reliable source to keep you breaking goal after goal.
My training style is very individualized, and responsive to your health needs. It genuinely gets me excited to see my clients make fitness goals, and surpass their own expectations. Nutrition and supplementation research is very important to me. It's a personal challenge of mine to provide my clients with the best information available to ensure results.
My favorite quote that I relate to the body is by John Heywood an English Play writer, "Rome wasn't built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour."
I'm excited to help you lay *brick by brick* together in your fitness journey, and cannot wait to discuss your goals!
