- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is 50 for an hour lesson and 30 for a 30 minute lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I like to first determine their skill set. I want to find out what they can already do, and then look for the areas that can use growth. Once we identify the areas of growth, I like to set goals and milestones to reach as we progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from Berklee College of Music. I have been playing guitar for 16 years and have spent the last 10 years writing, performing and recording.
