FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an initial session getting an understanding of my clients goals, like and dislikes in regards to exercise, eating habits, muscle imbalances, and expectations. Then we'll proceed to go into a workout to give me an idea on their movement patterns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at the highest end gyms in the Bay Area with 11 years at the Sportsclub LA, and the Bay Club (as of 2017, I have relocated to Texas). I have credentials for both the TRX Suspension trainer and the TRX Rip Trainer. I have also been certified for Muscle Activation Training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2000, I did a competition called Body for Life. In addition to placing in the top 2000 out of 700,000 competitors, I found a real joy in helping my friends get into shape (and most wanted to know what I had done to transform my body the way I did)
