Gina Bon-Perez
Introduction: Gina Bon-Perez is a passionate and dedicated dance educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. She holds a BA in performing arts from Lindenwood University. She lived in NYC for 10 years and performed professionally in stock and regional theater as well as several Broadway national and European productions.
As a dance educator, she's taught and choreographed for some of the most prestigious performing arts schools in the NY tristate area and has been invited guest teacher and choreographer to over 20 studios.
She's taught workshops at several area schools and colleges as well as a 10-week residency for St. Louis Dancing Classrooms. She's currently teaches ballet for Excel Performing Arts and has spent the past 8 years at COCA where she's worked with COCA dance and served in the jazz, musical theater, tap and modern programs.

I cannot say in a few sentences how incredible Gina is. But I'll try. Gina became my mentor and dear friend after I took classes with her for several years. Gina creates such a warm and comforting atmosphere in her classes and you can't help but do your best for her. She made me into a COMPLETELY different dancer and stuck with me every step of the way. And did it pregnant for a good chunk of time. She is such an inspiration to me not only for being an incredible teacher but for also being such a kind and beautiful human being and friend. I can't recommend Gina enough. Not only will you become a better dancer but you will gain a friend and mentor that will love you and support you every step of the way. I love her if you can't tell. Lol!!

Amazing teacher, and instructor! Really personable with students, gives great feedback, corrections, and wonderful teaching skills! Really does value the art of dance and the educational and personal life values it has to offer!

She is an amazing dance teacher who inspires young dancers to excel to their best. She is an incredible chorographer. She has a passion that is contagious. My daughters(2) have learned so much from her in private lessons, jazz and musical theatre class, and tap.
