Yes, I charge $75.00 per session. Sessions last typically one hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with clients to go over their goals and objectives and take an initial health and fitness assessment. Then we mutually agree on days and times for training. A typical session lasts 60 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 Years of experience, Region Eight Body Building Champion, Former Gym Owner and have made a sole livelihood for the past 30 years from training clients.
