I have been training with Grant for months now. I didn't know how it would work, as I am 67 years old, and have several physical issues. Grant has been great. He adjusts my training to take my disabilities into account. He smiles at me when I whine, and encourages me to keep going. My stamina is improving, my attitude is improving, and my strength is improving. I feel good, knowing that I'm getting better instead of worse! I appreciate Grant's kindness and his humor. I appreciate the way he explains what muscles the exercise is helping, and how to do things for optimal results. I didn't know if I would keep going to my sessions, but I have done it! And just signed up for 48 more sessions. Grant is so encouraging, and so helpful. He pushes me just up to my limit, and maybe a touch beyond, so I know I can do it! It's been great, and I know it will continue to be great.

Grant Peters is my personal trainer. He provides so much more than what I've seen from club personal trainers such as worksheets for progress charting, goal reinforcement, and super helpful diet tips. I personally feel like his service in the military shines through a bit while he is pushing me. He's like a compassionate and caring drill sgt, getting you to where you want to be.

Grant is a great trainer! This is my first time with a trainer and I was a bit afraid of the whole process. It helped that we started by co-planning the process in advance - with 2 week, 1 month and 1 year goals - not necessarily weight-related, but for the achievement of your best body in mind. He triages what your body really needs and takes your thoughts into account when making the plan. Grant pushes you past what you think you can do, always with these goals in mind. I can already tell that my posture is better after just 3 workouts and look forward to being more healthy and having much better stamina for the fun things in life!
