FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I primarily do 30-45 minute sessions. There are a couple reasons for this. Firstly, that is all you need to get a quality workout. Next time you meet a trainer, ask them how long THEIR workout is and they'll tell you under 40 minutes if they aren't wasting time. The second reason is cost. You don't need to pay for wasted time. You come for the workout, I'll hold you accountable for all the rest. Each 30 minute session is $35 with an 8 session package purchase and each 45 minute session is $50 for a package of 8 sessions. I also do a monthly deal where you can get extra free sessions in each month. This is a great motivator and my clients have enjoyed a lot of progress on this plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free consultation to explore the clients' goals, past workout history, previous injuries or health concerns. I then devise an individualized fitness and comprehensive nutrition program. This is not a cookie-cutter, one size fits all program. I have designed programs for people who will see me four times a week and I have designed programs for people I will never see again. I want people to have the correct information and to be told the truth when it comes to fitness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and Nutrition I have been a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) for 18 yrs. I certified hundreds of personal trainers through NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association)
