Introduction: I absolutely love what I do. I have been a Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for over 22 years and have helped thousands reach their health and fitness goals. I was a featured trainer on MTVs "I Used To Be Fat" where I was able to get an overweight high school senior named Kelly down to her goal bodyweight of 135 lbs.!! We were the season finale and voted most inspirational episode of the series. I learn from my clients every day: My senior citizen with arthritis. My younger athletes. My mother of 3 who also works a day job. My paraplegic client, who teaches me more than I could ever teach him. I am inspired by the hard work they do, enjoy our time together and thrilled at the progress made along the way.

Nick is a phenomenal trainer! He's fun and easy to work with, but also very responsive to your training needs while still pushing you to do better. Absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to get in better health

Nick is awesome! He is very easy to talk with, he will always go out of his way to help you with nutrition or exercise questions. He is very good at holding his clients accountable and makes sure to push his clients. I saw great results with Nick and will continue to work with him. I highly recommend Nick to help achieve any fitness goals you have. He also was a great teacher to help me better understand what is going on with my muscles. That way I could go exercise on my own and know that I am doing it correctly.

I have been training with Nick for a few years now. He is very knowledgable, motivating and respectful! He creates a fun environment in which to challenge yourself. He also is very quick to adapt my program to any physical restrictions I may have.
