FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you. We will do a lot of talking this first session! I will ask you questions about your goals, concerns, likes, and dislikes. We will do some light movements so I can assess your flexibility, range of motion and overall fitness level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a certified personal trainer in Los Angeles, where I worked with children, athletes, seniors, and people who struggled with their weight. I currently hold a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and teach two studio classes per week in Pinellas Park. I also draw on 8 years of experience as a competitive rhythmic gymnast and 10 years as a gymnastics coach.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved moving my body. Working out, dancing, and learning how to be healthy has always been a priority. At age 13 I was asked to be my rhythmic gymnastics coach's teaching assistant, where I discovered I loved teaching other people how to move their bodies. I have been helping people achieve their fitness goals ever since!
