I've been training with Coach Randy for about a month now. From extra long sessions, to emails, to texts to check on my recovery, Randy has truly gone above and beyond as a trainer. Since working with him I've noticed gains on the scale, weight room, and my overall strength. Randy does a great job of teaching you the fundamentals of weight lifting, and works with you to reach your specific goals. It's astonishing how one month of training with him has been been more beneficial than a year of training on my own. I'd recommend him to anyone who loves sports, weights, or wants to maintain a healthy life style. Again he's truly gone above and beyond as a trainer and I thank him immensely.

training with Randy really helped me get my strengh, gain muscle and not gain barely any fat in a 3 month bulking program. He also help me fix my posture, my form in some of the workouts, and gave me a few tips and things that would help me in the 3 months. I gained 5 pounds of muscle and only gain .5% body fat in the 3 month period!!!

Working with Randy has been really worthwhile. I have gotten stronger and healthier. Randy is knowledgeable nad organized. He trains me hard, designs excellent workouts and provides nutrtional information too. He is friendly, patient and professional. I would recommend him to everyone. Helena

Randy is focused on helping me achieve my goals. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift heavier weights and push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

One of a kind fitness is the best I've heard of I've been working with Randy for few months now best experience I've ever had great prices he is 100% honest with u and gives u his 100% attention with u while working out with u very experienced trainer I've know Randy for years now wish I would have started training with him before I did he is awesome with motivation for people who are struggling because fitness is very hard to get into especially if u work full time as I do always gets right back to u with any questions u may have I would refer Randy to anyone for a fitness trainer!!
