Felicia is my Pilates reformer instructor, private and group. She modifies sessions depending on what part of the body I want to focus on... always giving that gentle push of encouragement to not stop. She never does the same thing twice and Incorporates non Pilates into the session like foam roller, bosu ball, light weights, and other resistance off the reformer. She is a caring professional that is knowledgeable of her craft- explains where you should feel it on your body, talks you through each exercise and what it benefits. If you have a goal, she helps you achieve it. The day after, I always feel at least a little sore, sometimes a lot depending on the day.

I took private reformer classes with Felicia and she was great at targeting areas I wanted and adjusting exercises when needed. She also taught glide board classes and it was one of the best workouts I have ever had.

Felicia was my private pilates classes instructor, and she was AWESOME! I had some injuries, and she customized my moves to accommodate my issues. In addition, Felicia was so delightful and kind! In closing, this girl KNOWS bodies, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking health and wellness!

I hired Felicia to be my yoga instructor. I do not like Yoga. At the time, I was training for a marathon and needed to stretch but I didn't want a power Yoga class and I wanted it to be more beginner friendly without getting too hardcore Yoga. Felicia did an amazing job simplifying it and focusing on the things that I needed (stretching). By the end of our time together, sessions flew by and I felt so much better on runs and post runs. I would highly recommend her. I am taking some time off from running but once I get back into it, you can be sure I will set up my Sunday Private Yoga Class with Felicia!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to meet with my client first over coffee or tea to get to know them and also to discuss their fitness goals. From there we will work together to make a good plan to obtain those fitness goals. Next we will set up days and times to start our session!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am, and have been, a professional dancer since 2008. I also have my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certificate in Personal Training as well as my Pilates Reformer and Mat Certifications.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been interested in the mechanics and limits of the body since I was a child. It is my passion! I decided to go further with it to increase my understanding of the body and to help others to understand their own!
