- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Powerhouse Sports offers discounted rates at packages purchased at 10 sessions or more, i.e., Boot camps, Personal/Semi Private Training, Specialized training etc. We understand that nothing worthwhile comes over night and we value those who are committed to reaching their goals. *No shows charged 25% of rate. Please give us 48hr notice for rescheduling. *ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE *10% discount for all packages purchased up front *50% of package price is required up front in order to benefit from wholesale pricing. *$100 deposit required on every package not purchased at 50% or more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our clients go through a C.O.F.A.Q. Which stands for client overall fitness assessment/questionnaire. This typically takes 15 min. After a thorough analysis of health, medical background, training preferences, goals, nutritional background, etc., we will move forward with a training package uniquely and specifically designed to help our clients reach their S.M.A.R.T goal (specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable, timely). We spend time getting to know our clients before any package is recommended.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founders all have degrees in business, marketing, and finance. Two of our founders played professional football in NFL and CFL and we ensure all trainers are N.A.S.M certified before training any of our clients. Our 50 years of combined experience uniquely qualifies our mission of opening up Powerhouse Sports to benefit not only our local market but foreign markets as well.
