- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the student about their goals. We then warm up throughly and engage in exercises. Our next step is to sing or learn part of a song. I like to work both technically (pitch, rhythm, tone production) and artistically (interpretation, inspiration, history).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music and have taught for 19 years in Northside ISD.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with middle school students through older adults, beginners and advanced professionals. My students work on a number of projects, from All State auction pieces to Jazz and Rock.
