First session is free. • New client intro package: 6 sessions for $300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free 15-minute chat to start. I'm interested in learning about your goals and any related physical challenges (e.g. physical injuries). The first 60-minute session is a money-back guaranteed meet-up where we will run through a workout tailored from that conversation. If you're interested in moving forward with more sessions, I will build on the custom plan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a personal trainer in 2001 after rehabbing a knee injury from pro football. As I learned to heal myself, I realized that a workout begins before you step into a gym or lift any weights. It's rewarding to help others take on physical challenges and goals with this 360-degree attitude.
