Introduction: Are you looking for a new way to get exercise? Are you interested in learning simple, practical self defense skills but feel intimidated by traditional martial arts classes? I plan workouts that combine functional fitness training with simple and effective self defense techniques that improve cardiovascular conditioning and muscle tone—and build strength and confidence. Being active should something we look forward to, not dread. I enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and creating a positive and nonjudgmental environment. I’ve always relied on walking and public transit to get around around the city and strongly believe in the importance of feeling confident and secure in your surroundings. I want to help other develop that confidence too.

Let's me start of I'm a working woman had a very tight schedule. I used to be fit and now I gain 20lbs in pass 3 years. I feel out of shape also my legs and my back started to hurt me. So I decided to look for a personal trainer who would listen to me and modify my way to work out because I'm so picky about working out I hate running that the first thing I told shoshannah's!!!! Also I tell her I don't have a good routine or any inspirations for myself to keep come on the schedule of workouts. Shoshannah's so confident, motivated, active, and inspired. Your life will change, your routine will change, you will also see the results give her a try you will love her like I do.

Shoshannah helped me get back on track with my training after quitting martial arts for over 2 years. We did alot of cardio and strength training. The workout itself turned out to be an amazing stress relief, especially the striking and kicking techniques with the pads . Not only do I feel back up to speed physically, but I also feel like I can defend myself again. She's the best!

I started training with Shoshannah last August, after injuries had kept me from working out for a year or so and I was super out of shape. I went to group classes taught by her. Her classes were always fun, incredibly positive and she does a great job considering for injuries and making the classes interesting. She also incorporated elements of self defense. My endurance and strength have increased so much since the classes I was taking with her. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to get started, or get back into a fitness routine.

Shoshannah is awesome! She really knows her stuff and how to keep you motivated—while making sure your posture is always correct so you can make the most out of your workout. I really value the positive energy, expertise, support and encouragement she provides.
