- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session will be a complimentary session, to get to know the client. I will be asking about their medical and fitness history, to see if there are things that I should avoid doing and programming. We will also talk about goals, short and long terms, and lastly we will have a very small workout to see where they are physically at, in terms of stamina/endurance, flexibility/mobility, and strength.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed fitness as a young person and I got hurt a lot because I did not have the guidance or the knowledge to exercise properly. This motivated me to learn and avoid future injuries from me and my clients.
