- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company does offer competitive rates and will work down from the initial quote if it is out of a customers budget. We completely understand the stress and frustration moving can cause so we try to make the moving experience the best possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every job as if it were a million dollar job, we pretend the furniture is worth millions and treat it as if it were our own, we use extreme precaution with your items and ensure safety for each move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been transporting/moving since 2013 and have learned throughout all these years from each job, there is no job that we can't handle.
