Introduction: I coach and train my clients through functional movements that address all ranges of mobility and body mechanics issues. As these postural misalignments are addressed my clients perform better, recover faster and move fluidly without pain. Posture, mobility and flexibility provide the building blocks for strength,endurance and a balanced body. Along with mobility and strength training I also provide private swim instruction for adults novice to advanced. I am extremely passionate about fitness because it makes us feel good. I love to help people discover the strengths in themselves they never new about. I love to take a weakness in the body and turn it into my clients best asset. I enjoy taking away the pain from my clients and setting them free to run or bike or lift heavy. Really whatever movement it is you love to do.

Lera was the best trainer I ever had. I am 64 with bad knees, but I still like to stay active: fly fish, ski, backpack, hike, etc. I did 30 years active Army - airborne, ranger, pilot and all that Hooah stuff, but with lots of wear and tear. Lera was the one trainer that took the time to make me understand each exercise, why and how to do it correctly. We worked on the things I needed most which allows me to stay active: core, legs, flexibility. Thanks to her I learned a bucket full of exercises and stretches that keep me fit and active with little limitations. I thought she was perfect for the more mature crowd. She definitely cares about her clients - best ever trainer and I've had a few!

Lera is an amazing trainer! Lera is so committed to her clients and gives all she can to each and every one of them. For me I didn't just have a trainer I had a friend who I knew was rooting for me and had my back and motivated me to work harder. She is the best and she customizes programs that are personal to you and your goals and she'll be right by your side to help you achieve them.

Lera is definitely an expert personal trainer, whether you're wanting to get back into shape, recover from an injury, or are just looking to build strength and tone up. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable, and in fantastic shape herself, she demos everything with perfect form. Lera also takes great care to make sure you observe prefect form yourself so that you don't get injured. I had her as my personal trainer for about 6 months and she taught me so well that I am confident in the gym, feel super toned, and continue to put into practice the techniques she's taught me. If you train with Lera, you will see results!!

Lera is an excellent trainer and coach. She is able to balance the need to push me to do my best with patience and kindness so I don't get discouraged. Despite being a lifelong swimmer, she taught me how to swim more efficiently and smoothly, and allowing me to conserve energy for the bike and run triathlon events. Lera has helped my wife and daughter also achieve their health and fitness goals. Her knowledge and experience allow her to tailor her sessions to meet the needs of the individual client. Lera has that very rare combination of intelligence, strength, beauty, patience and the heart of a teacher. Anyone would benefit from working with her!

I've had Lera for 2 weeks/ 10 sessions so far, and WOW she is amazing. She is very knowledgable about total body fitness and functional training. If you want a trainer who will help fix muscle imbalances and compensations, this is your trainer. She truly loves what she does and goes above and beyond to help her clients. I'm excited to see what the next month will bring. I will write another review after my full 3 months training with her, but based on what has happened in the last 2 weeks, I know it will be good. Highly recommend her. A+
