Laurent is a very knowledgeable trainer. He has worked with my friend and I for over 4 years. I have improved core strength, overall muscle tone and flexibility. The workouts are never the same and remain challenging to promote further fitness growth!

Webcam personal training packages include meeting once at your location to evaluate your fitness level and goals. I will help you to set up the best area for your live webcam workouts. All training will be personalized to your needs.
