- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an assortment of packages and programs, depending upon your exercise background, goals, and present situation. I'd rather get paid less and see you succeed than have you walk away possibly never improving your fitness!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial appointment to get to know each other and for you to see the facilities I use. In addition, I will take this time to assess your health and fitness, in addition to your goals. Once finished, we will set up a schedule for training with me and on your own. I will also invite you to create a profile in the mobile app I use for trainer-client communication. This is where workouts and other content is delivered to you, for FREE!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kentucky, where I researched Sarcopenic Obesity, having been published twice in academic reviews. Other capacities I have served are: - Intern strength and conditioning coach for D1 athletes - Graduate assistant in HR wellness - Director of fitness for local law enforcement and first responders - Personal trainer
