FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One half hour lesson is $40. I have a special of five half hour lessons for $175 or 10 half hour lessons for $300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with our initial meeting either by phone or preferably in person. This meeting gives me a chance to assess your goals, answer any questions, and then suggest a coarse of action. We schedule your first lesson and then meet. I confirm your goals and then examine your equipment. The lesson starts and then ends with a review discussing expectations of both student and instructor. We will work on a couple of points at a time. You will be kept informed on what the process is leading to, knowing why we are doing a thing is very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from UTSA that has aided me in running our business. I earned two certificates in club repair and Master Craftsman in club making and trained by an in house Master Craftsman. I have spent thousands of hours as an apprentice to the Head of Instruction and Professional Golfer Richard Rosales. I have been teaching since 2013 and consult with the Pro daily. All of my students get better at the game of golf!
