- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies. We offer several training packages and at times you may qualify for discounted rates at little or no cost to you through your insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to meet face to face with prospecting clients. This allows us to get to know and understand you on a better level and actually see who you are and how you move. We aren't playing a guessing game. From there we would discuss what it is you are looking for, talk about realistic expectations, and look at movement patterns. Once we have heard and seen everything we need we would then present top you what we found and rehash what you told us as well as what we think we can or can not do to help you. Sometimes things are out of our scope and we may need to refer you out to someone else. from there, if you like us and what we discussed we would go into pricing options and scheduling. Regardless of if you sign up with us or not you will get our contact info. and will be encouraged to stay in touch and keep active or get active in some way here or elsewhere. YOUR success is all that matters!
