- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work on a monthly basis and frequency options of 2 to 5 times per week. Monthly options are 1 month, 3 month and 6 month. The longer you commit and the more frequently you train the more you save. Nutrition and Exercise homework programming are separate monthly fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To me the most important components when building a relationship of any kind is; trust and communication. I want each new client to feel comfortable and confident in how I put together a customized program and how they feel when they come in, during their workout and when they leave. If you're not satisfied in any way, I make sure to modify any aspect of the experience to better suit your needs and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also finishing some online courses that provide continuing education units in: advanced core training, speed and agility coaching as well as some other near future accreditation's that involve mobility and advanced strength training. I coach exercise and nutritional programming to help aid the clients outside of the sessions.
